CrazyPC Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form

You can use this form to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization Request (RMA) for products that you wish to return to CrazyPC. Before submitting your return please check the following:

  1. The RMA request complies with our store Terms of Sale and Return Policy
  2. Contact technical support for assistance with the product before returning it. Email support questions to: rma(at)crazypc.com

Form Instructions

  1. Please fill out this form completely. If you do not know your invoice number please contact us by email at rma(at)crazypc.com . Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays.
  2. Do not return products without first receiving an RMA number which will be provided after submission of this RMA request. Products returned without an RMA number will be refused.
  3. If you are returning an item for exchange of a DIFFERENT product select REFUND and submit an order for the product you wish to purchase. This form is for replacement of the same product only.
