Order Instructions

Upon   you must first enter your shipping and billing information. If your billing information is not the same as your shipping information you must enter it in the "Bill To" area. The billing address provided must be the billing address for your credit card or check.

Steps to follow:

  1. Enter you shipping information
  2. Enter the Billing information for your credit card or check. This is only required if different from shipping.
  3. Select the "Continue" button located at the bottom of the page to proceed to the "Shipping and Payment" options page.

Shipping and Payment Instructions

The "Shipping and Payment" page has two (2) menus located at the bottom of the page that are used to select the shipping and payment methods.

Steps to follow:

  1. Select Shipping Method from the "Ship Via" menu.
  2. Select Payment Method from the "Pay With" menu.
  3. Select the "Continue" button located at the right bottom corner of the page.

Select Shipping Method

Select your shipping method from the "Ship Via" drop down menu. The menu will display the shipping method (i.e., UPS Next Day Air, UPS Ground, etc) and the cost for shipping in the menu field. To select the shipping method click on the arrow next to the "Ship Via" drop down menu.

Note: If you're located in Michigan we offer 'Local Pick-up'. Orders placed before 1:00pm will be ready for pick-up the same day by 3:00PM Eastern.

Select Payment Method

CrazyPC accepts the following forms of payment:

Select your method of payment from the "Pay With" drop down menu. This menu will display the following payment methods, "MasterCard", "Visa", or "Check". To select the payment method click on the arrow next to the "Pay With" drop down menu.

If you are paying by Money Order or PayPal select "PayPal" as your method of payment and follow these instructions:

Instructions for Paying by Credit Card

In order to pay by credit card we require the name on the card, card number, and expiration date. This information must be entered on the "Order Payment Information" page show below.

Steps to follow:

  1. Enter the name on the credit card
  2. Enter the card number
  3. Enter the expiration date on the card
  4. Select the "Continue" button located at the right bottom corner of the page and this will complete your order. You will receive an order number. Please print the invoice page and retain a copy for your records.

Instructions for Paying by Money Order

In order to pay by money order must first have selected "Money Order" from the "Pay With" drop down menu on the "Shipping and Payment" page (see above).

Steps to follow:

  1. Since you most likely will not have prepared a money order at the time of checkout, "Money Order" field on the "Order Payment Information" page. This will let us know that you intend to pay by money order. Please note we will not ship until payment is received.
  2. Select the "Continue" button located at the right bottom corner of the page and this will complete your order. You will receive an order number. Please print the invoice page and retain a copy for your records.
