Our experience is that California, Oregon, and Washington usually take 5 business days. All delivery services are counted based on elapsed time. For example, a package that ships on Mon by 3 Day service should arrive on Thursday (i.e., Mon-Tue is 1st day, Tue-Wed is 2nd day, Wed-Thur is 3rd day).
