For your protection as a card holder and ours as a merchant we require that you have a valid billing address and phone number on file with your bank or financial institution. We take this action to prevent fraudulent orders, so that we may continue to extend lower prices to our customers. If you are shipping to an address that is different from the billing address you provided, please provide the following information so that we may process your order without delay:

1. Provide us with one of the following:
   • Fax or email us a copy of the front and back or your credit card AND a valid photo ID (drivers license or passport are acceptable). Fax to 248-926-5982 . email to sales(at)crazypc.com. Please include a signed statement from the holder of the credit card authorizing this charge and shipment to the stated address.
   • Notify us if you have an alternate shipping address on file with your bank. You can call your bank to add the shipping address to your credit card. We can use this method provided the bank will verify against your shipping address.
2. Include your order number and billing name in all correspondence.
3. Enter your shipping address on the Order Instructions page. Close or move this window in order to return to the Order Instructions page.

We must receive this information in complete form by 1:00PM Eastern Time. Failure to comply with this request may result in the delay or cancellation of your order.
