Designed to fulfill industrial and electronic service
sealing and bonding requirements, this sealant has excellent adhesive strength,
high elongation and outstanding insulation and heat resistance qualities.
Develops primer-less adhesion to a variety of materials, including metal, glass,
most wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramic, natural and
synthetic fibers; most plastics and painted surfaces. Resists weathering,
vibration and exposure to oil, moisture, ozone, and temperatures from sub-zero
to 450° F. Cures to a tack-free in 20 minutes. Full cure, 24 hours. Tube w/
dispensing nozzle.
CrazyPC recommends use of silicone in addition to Luberex
Dielectric Grease to protect against condensation when cooling to below ambient
room temperatures. Silicone is most commonly applied to the base of CPU sockets
to prevent air from entering and forming condensation.
