The MCW60-R2 VGA waterblock is a next generation
liquid cooling solution for high-end graphics processors. The MCW60-R2 improves
performance over the original MCW60 waterblock thanks mainly to it's new diamond pin base plate.
This is the same base plate used in the Stealth VGA Cooler and Apogee GT. The
MCW60 design is versatile and offers wide compatibility with video cards. See

- MCW60-4870X2-CSK Screw Kit - Screws
required to mount the MCW60(R) on an ATI HD 4870X2 Video Card.
- G80 Bracket -
Compatible with the Nvidia
8000GTS, 8800 Ultra, 8800GTX, Series Video Cards. This adapter is not
required for the 8800GT version.
- The Swiftech GTX200 Full Coverage
Heatsink. Add the GTX200 Full Cover Heatsink is designed to cool
surface mount components (memory, voltage mosfets, I/O chip) on nVidia's
Geforce GTX260 & GTX280 series graphic cards. The GTX200 Heatsink works with
the MCW60 VGA water-block and allows for better cooling performance.
- The Swiftech Caldera 4870X2 Full Coverage
Heatsink. The Swiftech Caldera Heatsink for AMD's HD4870X2 video
cards is used with the MCW60 Water Block. The Caldera heatsink is designed to
cool surface mount components (memory, voltage mosfets, I/O chip) on AMD
reference series HD4870X2 graphic cards.
- MC14 BGA RAM Sinks - All copper BGA

The NPSM thread used in the MCW60 is BSPP and G 1/4 fittings compatible
- The thermal performance model focuses
extreme cooling where it is in fact the most needed: at the GPU level. This
will afford better overclocks, and overall lower system temperature.
Efficient and silent memory cooling is handled by using individual Ramsinks.
- Patent Pending Diamond Pin Matrix cold
plate, proven for its thermal efficiency with today's high end CPUs.
- Thermal performance is improved by up to 2C
compared to the previous MCW50 and 55 series thanks to the enhanced cold
plate, and pressure drop is lower thus allowing better overall system flow
rates.
- Industrial strength/Automotive grade housing
made from Acetal Co-Polymer) resulting in complete reliability compared to
machined Acrylic tops which tend to crack.
- All hydraulic joints (housing to cold-plate
and fittings) use o-rings for complete reliability and leak-free operations.
- The mounting system includes a strong
stiffening back-plate with a soft rubber center pad to prevent the
circuit-board from bending .
- Includes tube of thermal grease.
If you want optimal performance we recommend
the use of a high quality thermal compound such as
Arctic
Silver.
