Quantity in Basket:none
Code: h2o-120_premium-9378
Our Price: $169.99

Replaced by H2O-120 Compact Kit

The H2O-120 Premium Liquid Cooling Kit is configured for performance oriented users and overclockers who wish to maintain a quiet working/playing environment. This series of kits received more industry awards than any other Swiftech product. The H2O-120 "Premium" CPU Liquid Cooling kit takes the H2O-120 convenience and performance features to yet another level thanks to the inclusion of our new flagship, the APOGEE GTwater-block, as well as our now classic MCB120 "Radbox". Performance improvement from the Apogee GT water-block alone ranges from 2.4 to 3°C.

Kit Contents

  • Apogee GT universal CPU waterblock
  • MCR-120 QP 120mm Radiator with Fan and MCB 120 Radbox Mounting Kit
  • MCRES-Micro Reservoir
  • Includes MCP-350 12 volt DC pump with RPM sensor
  • 8 feet of 3/8" ID Vinyl Tubing
  • 2 Oz bottle HydrX™ extreme duty coolant
  • Coolsleeves 40" length
  • Complete instructions

APOGEE GT CPU Waterblock

The Apogee is essentially meant as a universal waterblock It ships with all the necessary hardware for the following processor sockets:
  • socket 478 (Intel® Pentium® 4),
  • socket 775 (Pentium® 4 "Prescott"),
  • socket 603/604 (Intel® Xeon™ - 400 & 533 Mhz FSB),
  • socket 462 (AMD® Athlon®, Duron®, MP, XP),
  • socket 754, 939, 940 (AMD® 64 bit processors).
  • socket AM2

Removal of the motherboard is necessary to install the mounting posts in all cases, except with AMD® Athlon™ 64 and Opteron™ (socket 754, 939, 940 and AM2).

MCR120-QP Fan Assembly

  • Single 120mm form factor fits in most modern cases equipped with 120mm fan openings.
  • Patent-pending Self purging plenum chambers design: when installed upright or on its side, air cannot accumulate in the plenum chambers.
  • Threaded fan and case mounting holes for quick and repeated installations.
  • Slim form factor 6.2 x 5 x 1.3" (158 x 128 x 34mm) reduces bulk.
  • No oxidation over time (compared to aluminum radiators).
  • Beautiful and durable gloss acrylic paint finish.
  • The new Quiet Power design yields higher performance than previous MCR120 model, and delivers ample heat dissipation headroom for the most demanding applications
  • The MCB-120 "Radbox" provides a bolt-on mechanism to "hang" the radiator at the back of the case with no case modifications

MCRES-Micro Reservoir Assembly

MCRES-Micro assembly Includes mounting hardware 3/8" barbs and hose clamps. The patent pending MCRES-MICRO is a small form factor reservoir designed to operate quietly and reliably with high flow pumps such as Swiftech's MCP350 and MCP655 models (3/8" and 1/2" lines).

The MCP350 is a high reliability, high pressure industrial pump, featuring a 50,000 hour MTBF (5 year lifetime). Such reliability is afforded by the unique design of this pump, which contains only one moving part: the magnetically driven rotor/impeller spins on a single ceramic bearing, thus extending the life of this pump beyond existing standards.

Customer Reviews

cool very well 06/08/2007 - by Russell Brown from Alpena, Michigan
I'd like to say I've had this cooling system for about three months now, and use it on two differnt motherboards. Now I'm using it on a ga-m55sli-s4 mother board running an am2 4600+ X2. My apartment is at 84 deg.f and my water temps at 92.5 deg.f and cpu at idle is at 98 deg.f. When playing Age of Empires 3, it never goes over 107 deg.f - not too bad. Also using xp fluid in it - so far so good - very easy to set up and is a good kit. I'm going to try a bigger rad on it, and hopely get some better temps, but it's better than air cooling for the heat!
