Thermalright IFX-14 CPU Cooler

The Thermalright IFX-14 CPU Cooler titled the "Inferno Fire eXtinguisher" claims the title as the best CPU air cooler available in the Galaxy! The IFX-14 can accept up to 120mm or 140mm cooling fans. We have included several fan options on this page for your convenience. But wait, there's more! The IFX-14 also includes the HR-10 Motherboard Backside Cooler! This dynamic duo delivers the one two punch to heat and puts the IFX-14 in a class all it's own.

Options

This heatsink comes with no fan by default, but you can choose from one of our fan options located on the upper portion of this page. The following options are available:

  • Thermaltake A2018 120mm Blue LED - 3 Function fan operates at full speed, thermally controlled or manually adjustable. Comes with PCI slot control to adjust the fans speed. 120x25mm, 3pin, 12V DC, 38.6-93.7CFM, 17-46.5dBA.

• Mounting Kits -
  • 939 Bolt Thru Kit - Adapter that allows the Ultra-120 Extreme to mount on a Socket 939 motherboard.
• Lapping - Get the best performance from your heatsink with our Lapping option. We will lap the base giving it a nice flat and smooth finish. This option will Void the warranty of the heatsink making this product non-returnable once you have purchased this option. Lapped base is shown in picture to right. We start with a 220 grid and finish with a 1000 grit. Our goal is a flat smooth surface (not mirror finish).
