Not a problem, as you can run this heatsink with no fan. The secret to the Ninja's cooling power is the 6 copper heat pipes that effectively transfer heat to the aluminum cooling fins. The large surface area of the cooling fins help to dissipate the heat more quickly. Also compatible with the New Intel 1366/1156 Ci7 processors.
