The Thermalright Ultima 90i is a extremely well made and well packaged product. I have this cooler installed with a Thermaltake 92mm Smartfan, on top of a Intel E2140 OC'd to 3.2GHz @ 25*C Idle and 48*C Load with Orthos/24hrs!!! The fan is running at it's lowest speed 1300 RPM! You can't even hear it running! All this performance and the sink only weighs 460g!!!
My rig is as follows: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2140 Allendale @ 3.2GHz GIGABYTE P35 DS3L motherboard G.SKILL (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800MHz Memory @ 4-4-3-5 PNY nVidia 7900GS 256Mb Video Card Core @ 450MHz - Memory @ 1.32 GHz Themalright Ultima 90i CPU Cooler with 92mm Themaltake Smart Fan Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive SAMSUNG Black 20X DVD Burner Ultra 600W Modular Power Supply Ultra Aluminus Full Tower w/window (2)Thermaltake 120mm Thunderblade Fans (1)80mm Thermaltake Thunderblade Fan

I'm using the TR Ultima 90i with "lapping" together with a QX8650. I also bought some Shin Etsu thermal interface material from CrazyPC. All of this lowered my CPU temps by 9C on day one. Wow. I also have a TR Ultimate 120 Extreme, which works marginally better, but is much bigger. I would easily recommend the TRU 90i for any mid-size case.
BTW, the base of Thermalright CPU coolers are notoriously uneven. I highly recommend the lapping service, at least for the Thermalrights. CrazyPC did a fine job. It saved me several hours of work.

Using on my Opteron 165 (used the S-clip, sold separately) and excellent results. Getting same temps now at 2.8 GHz that I used to get at 2.5 GHz with my Zalman CNPS9500. Should get me to 3.0 and beyond, after burn-in (with AS5)
