    One of the best

I have a Core i7 920 and this Ultra 120 keeps it cool. I am overclocked to 3.8Ghz and there's room for more with this heatsink. Under prime95 my load temps are only 74 degrees C. Highly recommended.

A real monster! Worth every penny!

Make sure you have enough space to fit this monster, especially if you are sporting a mid-tower like me!
Excellent lapping, paired with the Scythe S-Flex SFF21F, it makes for some extreme cooling @ minimal noise!
Beats New*gg in price! Heatsink + Lapping + Scythe fan was only 10 cents more! (New*gg was Heatsink + Scythe fan only). Can't beat the price and fast shipping.
So you are into Overclocking? This Heatsink will _not_ disappoint you

Ordered an Utlra 120e with lapping, It shipped same day! I received it the next day from CrazyPC via ground shipping. Works GREAT, cooled my Q6600 down 15C degrees over the Zalman I was using.

Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme by far the best CPU Heatsink
|

I've built and modified over 25 desktop systems in the last 8 years and have used and/or tested over 100 CPU Heatsinks along the way. The Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme is by far one of the best monster sized CPU Heatsinks available, and if you add an optional 120mm High CFM Fan it is the best CPU Heatsink fan combination available.(At least that I've ever used) I have a Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme with a 120mm 93.7 CFM CoolerMaster Smart Fan attached and my over clocked Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 (2.13GHz stock) runs at a moderate 3.13 GHz with 100% stability 24/7 averaging between 24C(startup)-32C(under full load), (it has never gone above 32C!!!) it is amazingly efficient. This cooler is awesome period. But make sure you have enough room for it around your motherboards CPU slot area as well as your case must be about 8.25" wide because this CPU Heatsink is very large, in both width and height(tall) and it almost touches the side panel window on my modified, mid tower Kingwin KT-424BKWM Aluminum Case.
