Thermalright Venomous X-RT CPU Cooler - The Venomous-X-RT Heatsink is a top of the line heatsink that delivers the best cooling performance for today's hottest processors. The Venomous-X-RT integrates all of the best features of the Ultra-120 Extreme heatsinks and improves on them offering superior air cooling performance. The Venomous-X-RT may be used with one or two cooling fans. The RT version of this cooler comes stock with the TR-FDB-1300 (1300RPM) 120x25mm cooling fan by default. You may add another fan from our drop down list, and you will also need additional fan clips to mount the 2nd fan. See our fan options below.

• Extra Ultra-120 Fan Clips - This heatsink comes with a fan holder.You should select this option if you wish to purchase an extra set of clips to mount a second 120mm fan. Clips fit 120x25mm or 120x38mm fans.
• Lapping - Get the best performance from your heatsink with our Lapping option. We will lap the base giving it a nice flat and smooth finish. This option will Void the warranty of the heatsink making this product non-returnable once you have purchased this option. Lapped base is shown in picture to right. We start with a 220 grid and finish with a 1000 grit. Our goal is a flat smooth surface (not mirror finish).
• Heavy Duty Pro Lapping Kit - The Heavy Duty Pro Lapping Kit is a Do-It-Yourself heatsink lapping kit. It contains 5 sheets of sandpaper including 120, 220, 400, 800 & 1000 grit. By sanding the bottom of the heatsink you are removing the grooves and imperfections in the heatsink, thus creating a flatter smoother surface.
