Thank you for visiting CrazyPC. Please read these terms and ordering information carefully. You
should find the order information particularly useful to answer most general
questions about how we do business. If you have any
questions, first review our FAQs and if you don't find an
answer to your question there you can contact us

Terms
- Please carefully read our Terms before ordering!
Secure Shopping
- All orders are placed through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
standard. SSL provides maximum protection for credit cards and ordering
information. You will enter SSL protection once you begin the order checkout
process. Once in SSL, all information is transferred in an encrypted format
that protects the information from possible interlopers. You will know that
your in secure mode when you see the locked icon in your browser window. (In
Netscape, a small closed lock icon will appear in the lower left corner. In
Internet Explorer, the icon will appear in the lower right corner.)
- The information you provide to enter an on-line order will
not be shared or sold to anyone. This is a trust that we at CrazyPC take
very seriously.
- Your data is protected. We do not store
credit card information in your on-line accounts or our servers.
Additionally, all information is password protected for more security.
International Orders
- International customers are welcome! For
ordering instructions

- International customers - Please be aware
that we will only accept payment by credit card. We will only ship to
addresses that are on file with your credit card company. We will attempt to
contact your card company to verify the shipping and billing information
that you have provided. If we're unable to verify your card information
CrazyPC reserves the option to cancel the order.
- International orders may require 1-2 days
additional time for processing.
- International buyers please be aware that
you will have to pay customs fees. Consult your local customs office for
more information.
- International customers please read our

Order Information and Payment Options
- All orders must have a matching shipping address and billing address. We
do this to protect our customers from fraudulent
orders. If you want us to ship to an address that is different from your
billing address on your credit CLICK

- We accept the following methods of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, and PayPal . If paying by PayPal, click

for PayPal instructions. Please note we only ship to CONFIRMED PayPal
addresses. Make all money orders payable to CrazyPC
LLC. Send money orders to the address found here.
Canadian Customers: money
orders must be Canadian Postal Money orders in US funds.

Instructions
for entering your Order and Payment Information
- If an item is NOT in stock it will be noted on our web site. All other
items are in stock unless otherwise noted. We make every effort to keep
stock information up-to-date, however, availability of items may change
quickly before we have a chance to update the site. We will you notify via
your billing email if we are unable to fill your entire order.
- If payment is not received within 10 business
days we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Shipping
- UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses.
- We will only ship complete orders; If your
order includes an item on backorder, we will contact you regarding the
backordered item with a choice of holding the order until the backordered
items are in or removing the backordered item from the order.
- Customer is responsible for
paying shipping costs on refused/returned shipment. UPS charges $10 for
refused shipments.
- Please
note all shipping services are in elapsed time from date of shipment. For
example, a package that ships on Monday by 3 Day service should arrive on
Thursday (i.e., Mon-Tue is 1st day, Tue-Wed is 2nd day, Wed-Thur is 3rd
day).

- If there are any problems processing your
order (e.g., payment, processing) we will send an email notification and the
order may be held until a response is received.
- UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday (no
delivery, no pickup).
- We will make every effort to ship your order out as quickly as possible.
- In stock items are shipped out within 1 business
day, M-F.
- Orders shipped to US Military APO/FPO
addresses are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Unfortunately, there
is no tracking information provided as once the package enters the military
mail system it is no longer under the control of the US Postal Service. As
such we do not provide tracking numbers for APO/FPO orders. If there's a
problem with processing an APO/FPO order we will send notice via email.
- International customers are responsible for
all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be
levied by their respective governments or by the shipping carrier. These additional fees may be
collected at time of delivery. CrazyPC will not refund shipping charges for
refused shipments.
- FREE SHIPPING

Typically items denoted with FREE SHIPPING mean that there is no shipping
charge for that item. Additional items that are added to the basket
will be charged shipping accordingly. During checkout the free shipping will
be displayed as no cost, and items will be shipped by a
service method of our choosing. FREE SHIPPING items may be subject to
handling or processing fees. FREE SHIPPING is limited to one item per
customer. We reserve the right to refuse FREE SHIPPING for orders or items
that do not follow this policy. Offer excludes international shipping.
Shortages/Wrong Items
- The customer must contact Crazy PC within 72 hours (not including weekends) of any shortages or mistakes in an order upon delivery date. Any notifications of shortages/wrong items after 72 business hours will NOT be honored! You are expected to open and inspect your delivery immediately after you receive it. Please make sure you dump all packing material out, look for small items being taped to larger ones and even look under the bottom box flaps before you contact us for a shortage. Also please look at your Packing slip on the side of the box. If the items are all checked off and the packing slip is initialed twice in the "Packed by" and "Verified By" spaces; the product should be all included in the box.

Terms of Sale
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Crazy
PC LLC ("Crazy PC"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and
Crazy PC agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing
the sales transaction between Customer and Crazy PC. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and
conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition,
these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms
and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from
Crazy PC.
Crazy PC SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - Crazy PC offers our
customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases,
with the exception of items listed below. Further, all returns are subject to
the Product Return Procedures as stated here.
ITEMS NOT COVERED:
- There is no replacement or refund guarantee of any kind for
any retail package processors, customized orders, custom kits (e.g, custom case
modification orders). There is likewise no replacement or refund guarantee covering any product that is
affected by any "Year 2000" compliance problem.
Product Return Procedure:
Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA)
Request Form
To return a product based upon Crazy PC's replacement/return guarantee, you must
fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA)
Request Form within the guarantee period for the product (described above). Once
received, Crazy PC will issue a RMA number that is valid for 30 days within which return products must be received by
Crazy PC. Crazy PC will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA
number. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping
label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to
Crazy PC, including any shipping charges. Customer agrees to use only reputable carries capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for
the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product
during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will
include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the
manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Crazy PC's Return Procedure will be breached and
Crazy PC will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for
replacement of the missing component.
We understand that sometimes after you place an order you may have second thoughts and wish to cancel. CrazyPC's fully respects our customers decisions but Crazy PC will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, any order placed using a credit card or Paypal and then refunded will be assessed a 20% restocking fee even though the order has not shipped. The reason for this is that we, the merchant, are charged the discount rate on every transaction we process which includes both the charge and the refund. Plus the time involved with canceling and orders takes labor time. So, while we like to accommodate our customers in every regard, we cannot lose money on doing refunds. So, please be very sure you wish to proceed with your order before you submit button when using a credit card or Paypal!
WARRANTIES
Crazy PC is a distributor only. Products sold by Crazy PC are not manufactured by
Crazy PC. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support
policy (if any). Crazy PC assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer
acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products.
Crazy PC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS
DOCUMENT. Crazy PC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING
AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Crazy PC'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS
SOLD.
Crazy PC SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT,
INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH
EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Crazy PC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE
CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR
DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT Crazy PC IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon Crazy PC until it is accepted;
Crazy PC must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to
shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with
Crazy PC. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice.
Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the
Crazy PC invoice.
Title; Risk of Loss: Crazy PC will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point,
meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Crazy PC reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow
Crazy PC to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit Crazy PC to protect its purchase money security interest.
Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker.
Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken.
Crazy PC will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Crazy PC will, under no
circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including
without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes,
lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between
Crazy PC and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to
its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the
United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Crazy PC and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and
the venue of the State Courts of the State of Florida to resolve any dispute between them related
hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also
agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against
Crazy PC that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability:
If any provision contained in this
agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part,
such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining
provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar
result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Florida law.
Waiver:
The failure of either party to require performance by the
other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any
time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other
party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the Crazy PC's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer,
are the complete and exclusive agreement between Crazy PC and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous
proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between
Crazy PC and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior
course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
